What makes it special
Berry Galette
This rustic tart is filled with a mix of fresh berries tucked into our signature pie dough and baked flat on a pastry sheet. We add a bit of cream cheese for richness, and sprinkle half of the tart on the diagonal with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
Dough: organic wheat flour, butter, sugar, water, salt, vinegar, egg, demerara sugar, heavy cream
Filling: blueberries, raspberries, cream cheese, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, lemon juice
