Refreshing fruit tart with a delicious filling marrying classic pastry cream with a mascarpone preparation. Topped with local fresh fruits (note: supplemented by non local fresh fruit as supplies allow)


Ingredients

Toppings: Fresh fruits (raspeberry, blueberry)

Filling: Whole milk, heavy cream, mascarpone, creme fraiche, sugar, egg yolks, butter, cornstarch, vanilla bean, lemon zest, vanilla paste.

Puff Pastry (tart shell): Organic wheat flour, butter, salt.
