Pain aux Raisins
What makes it special
It is a spiral-shaped pastry originating from France. It literally means bread with raisins. The laminated croissant dough is layered with pastry cream, raisins and currants. Raisins & Currants have been soaked for a moist and soft mouth feel.

Dough: Organic wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, eggs, salt, yeast.
Filling: Pastry Cream (whole milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, vanilla), Raisins, Currants, Rum
