What makes it special

Our rendition of the classic New York deli staple, this loaf is packed with caraway for hallmark tang, flax seeds for richness and texture and a dusting of coarse cornmeal for a little extra crunch on the crust. We’re introducing this bread in pursuit of a delicious Reuben, the necessary jumping-off point for one of our favorite classic sandwiches. In our cafes, we’re adding both a plant-forward tempeh version and a classic turkey reuben, to allow all dietary preferences to experience the nostalgia that makes this classic bread sing.
