Chocolate Spelt Pound Cake (vegan)
What makes it special
This pound cake is the perfect use case for one of our favorite regional grains: Spelt. It adds a nice depth of flavor to the chocolate cake, and spelt's density works wonderfully in a pound cake.
Ingredients
Organic spelt flour, water, sugar, canola oil, cocoa powder, white vinegar, baking soda, vanilla extract (vanilla, water, alcohol), and salt.
