Spinach & Feta Galette
What makes it special
A galette is a rustic tart baked flat on a pastry sheet. Our savory version consists of our signature pie dough filled with a mix of seasonal greens and feta. The flavor reminds us of spanakopita, and makes a perfect savory treat any time of day.

Dough: organic wheat flour, butter, sugar, water, salt, vinegar, egg, heavy cream
Filling: beet greens, cream cheese, feta, whole milk, salt, black pepper
