Black Forest Cake

Our Black Forest Cake is our take on the classic and presents a canopy garnished with sour cherries, soaked in syrup and a touch of cherry brandy. The cherries rest upon a layer of whipped kirsch cream and a silky chocolate glaze. Inside is a rich chocolate cherry bavarian, made with Fruition's 68% Hispaniola. The bavarian sits atop a moist chocolate cake. At its center lies the heart of the cake - a morello cherry filling, brightened with a touch of lemon zest.

Carrot Cake

For this iteration of a beloved classic, we've focused on the very essence of carrot; from the batter straight through to the buttercream. We start with shredded carrots and 100% pure carrot juice in the batter. The cake is then filled with a rich and creamy carrot pudding. Everything is enveloped in a light and airy buttercream, built on a solid foundation of carrot juice and cream cheese, turning the final color into a pastel yellow to celebrate the spring season. The cake is garnished with a touch of candied carrot.

Chocolate Almond

Toffee Tart

Inside of our signature chocolate sucre shell is a creamy milk chocolate ganache made with the Hudson Valley's own Fruition Brown Butter Milk Chocolate. The rich and nutty notes of this chocolate are paired beautifully with the toasted almonds sprinkled over a fluffy whipped toffee cream. Each bite invokes childhood memories of candy bar favorites.

Mango Tart

Featuring a rich, buttery curd from pureed mango in our classic sucre shell, topped it with a delicate gelee made with mango, lemon, and a swirl of hibiscus infused mango puree.

Chocolate Avocado Macaron

An unlikely combination that is sure to pique a macaron lover's curiosity. We've enriched our macaron shell with cocoa powder, and transformed the avocado into a silky, delectible filling. White chocolate, cream, and the essence of lime are carefully folded into the crushed avocado.
