We maintain this starter just for our Whole Grain Health and Whole Wheat Sourdough. 

Where so many sliced breads these days lean on sugar for flavor, we use fermentation, and organic grains, and seeds.

We’ve incorporated superfoods like hemp hearts, flax and sunflower seeds to provide a delicious crunch and nuttiness in addition to plant-based protein, healthy omega 3s and 6s and tons of nutrients.

No Nasty Additives or Preservatives!

Because of how we ferment our breads, we get longer shelf life with only natural ingredients. We believe that real food should be perishable… that’s what the freezer is for!

Long Fermentation

Every loaf of our Whole Grain Health takes over 24 hours to make from start to finish, including long fermentation with all its associated health benefits.

Sweetened with Honey

We use just a touch of natural sweetener to complement the hearty, healthy grains and seeds of this bread.
